Product Engineer (Staff)

Product Engineer (Staff)

IoT Start-up | React, Next.js, TypeScript | Houston

What if your next role gave you the opportunity toown a product, shape the technical direction, and see the direct impact of what you build?

I'm working with a growing IoT start-up developing intelligent, connected systems that bring togetherreal-time sensor data, telemetry and AI to solve complex, real-world problems.

They're looking for an experiencedProduct Engineer / Web Lead to take ownership of their web platform as the business enters its next stage of growth.

This isn't a role where you'll simply pick up tickets.

You'll have the autonomy to make meaningful technical decisions, build new products and features from the ground up, and help establish the foundations for how the platform scales.

You'll be working acrosscustomer-facing applications, internal tooling and data-rich dashboards , while influencing front-end architecture, design systems and the wider product experience.

What they're looking for:

• 8+ years in web or product engineering
• StrongReact, Next.js and TypeScript experience
• A track record of taking products from0 → 1 → scale
• Strong knowledge offront-end architecture and design systems
• Experience withIoT, telemetry, data-intensive or AI-powered products is highly valuable
• A hands-on engineer who enjoysownership, autonomy and solving ambiguous problems

This is a chance to join an early-stage environment where you canbuild, influence and genuinely put your stamp on the product , rather than stepping into something where all the major decisions have already been made.

Mostly remote, with occasional visits to the Houston office.
