We are looking for Full-Stack Engineer #7 to take end-to-end ownership across front-end, back-end, data modeling, and infrastructure.
Role Overview
- Location: New York City (Flatiron) — Hybrid (3–4 days/week in-office)
- Compensation: $190,000 – $225,000 + competitive equity
- Interview Process: Fast, respectful 4-stage process (~2 weeks to offer)

What You’ll Build
- Patient-Facing Experiences: High-engagement web and mobile features that patients rely on daily.
- Physician Care Platform: AI tooling designed to maximize clinician efficiency and reduce administrative load.
- Scalable Systems: Mission-critical backend infrastructure prioritizing rock-solid data integrity, stability, and scale.
- Enterprise Health Integrations: EMR connections, health plan claims data structuring, and HIE record parsing.

What We’re Looking For
- 0-to-1 Shipping Track Record: 5–10 years of experience with proven experience building and shipping net-new products to production (not just maintaining existing systems).

- Core Stack Fluency: Deep hands-on strength in TypeScript/Node.js, React, Postgres, and AWS .
