Leading the strategy and execution of Directed Spend Offers and Earned Rewards product lines, the full-time remote Product Director, Rewards and Offers will define product vision, manage portfolio performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive member engagement and business outcomes. Key responsibilities: Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Directed Spend Rewards and Offers, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and client needs Own portfolio performance metrics, including growth, engagement, and client satisfaction, while developing business cases for new capabilities Provide cross-functional leadership and guidance to Product Owners, ensuring effective execution of prioritized roadmaps and product quality Required qualifications: 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles within large-scale organizations 5+ years of experience leading and developing Product Managers or cross-functional teams Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy and managing multi-year roadmaps Experience in healthcare, financial services, or rewards products Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and align stakeholders around common strategies
