Position Summary
We are seeking a product development technician to support formulation, laboratory testing, product analysis, and development activities involving adhesives and sealants .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare product batches using various mixers.
- Perform testing according to ASTM and internal methods .
- Conduct product analysis and document test results.
- Prepare testing specimens and support customer demonstrations.
- Operate laboratory equipment and power tools.
- Maintain accurate data and records using digital platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Follow laboratory safety, environmental, and 5S requirements .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in training activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials science, or related field + 3 years of relevant experience , OR
- Associate's degree + 5 years of relevant experience .
- Experience in adhesives, sealants, coatings, plastics, or rubber compounding preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing, ASTM methods, formulation, and product development.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
