Product Development Project ManagerLocation: Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid)Duration: 12 months (possible extension)Responsibilities:Collaborate to define and support the product roadmap and business strategy.Experience in Management or strategy consulting or customer experience.Drive operation of key pricing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.Monitor project progress; anticipate and reduce risk.Influence teams to meet delivery milestones.Managing end to end testing and client validation.Experience with Power point and Excel.Must Have Skills (Most Important):7 plus years in a similar role with a preferred focus on product strategy and/or product management transformation in the telecommunications or related industry.Proven experience working across multiple functions, developing and executing major initiatives applied across the organization.Familiarity with Lean and Agile methodologies and ensuring process governance.Experience in designing and implementing user stories and customer journey mappings.Develop a customer first roadmap to transform flows into developer capabilities needed for best-in-class user experiences.Desired Skills:Analyze E2E flows and identify areas for enhancement.Experience supporting business development effortsStrong competence in modern API and adaptable micro-frontend product management.Experience in successfully delivering solutions for large-scale applications across multiple channels and platforms.Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
