Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of product development or design engineering experience.
- Strong SolidWorks/CAD and engineering drawing experience.
- Hands-on mechanical problem-solving experience.
- Experience with 3D printing, machining, thermoforming, laser/die cutting, or similar fabrication methods.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Experience with product development lifecycle and design/change control.
- Experience creating BOMs, specifications, test protocols, and technical documentation.
- Comfortable working with animal tissue and basic anatomy.
