Product Designer (UI/UX Designer W/ Any Payment Platform Experience)

Location: Hybrid in either Jersey City, NJ or Toronto or Remote Duration: 6+ Months W/ Extensions

Qualifications

• Drive the design process from understanding and define to implementation
• Passionate about simplifying complexity into intuitive design solutions
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the product discovery and delivery life cycle
• Exhibits a strategic balance between immediate feature development and long-term experience vision
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to solve problems
• Adapt to an iterative design process and welcome constructive feedback
• Proficient in identifying patterns and streamlining workflows
• Strong background in payments with an understanding of industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities

• Design the payment experience and user interface inclusive of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs with attention to detail
• Conduct user research, create user personas and design service design blueprints and workflows
• Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into a useable, valuable and feasible experiences
• Champion user-centered design experience enhancements
• Actively contribute to the evolution of our standards and style guide
