As a Product Designer, you’ll:
- Design and improve marketing tools that delight our customers.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand customer needs and business goals.
- Champion a scalable and accessible design system for all Marigold applications.
- Partner with engineers to bring your designs to life.
- Solve complex problems across applications, fostering a cohesive user experience.
- Clearly communicate design ideas throughout the entire process.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- A portfolio showcasing your product design skills for enterprise applications (especially Figma with advanced features and prototyping).
- 3+ years of product design experience.
- Expertise in design systems.
- Experience managing multiple design projects using a human-centered approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus points for:
- Sketching, drawing, or motion design abilities.
- Multilingual fluency.
