The Opportunity
We are hiring a product designer to help uschallenge the status quo of enterprise software and create intuitive experiences for our clients. As the third member of our design team, you will have significant influence in shaping our design direction while working closely with PMs, engineers, and sales to drive transformative outcomes for our clients. You will also contribute to the evolving design system and branding of 8090. This is a high-impact role that requires complete independence and ownership of your work. This is a full-time on site role in Menlo Park.

- You are excited to take complete ownership of a product\'s design from start to finish
- You can clearly articulate the rationale behind your design decisions and advocate for the user
- You have user experience sense: your work simplifies rather than complicates
- You have a sense for the flow of a page. Alignment issues bother you, and you can spot mismatched colors
- You're an exceptional writer who can craft clear, compelling copy
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate well with others
- You're comfortable talking to users and running research sessions
Nice to Haves
- Experience designing with AI and/or designing AI products
Qualifications
- At least one fully shipped product where you owned design from discovery through launch
- Figma mastery (auto-layout, variables, variants, etc)
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary (US-based): $110,000 – $250,000 + stock and/or stock options + benefits
- Compensation varies by experience and skill level
