Product Designer II - Uber Eats, Offers Consumer Experiences

Uber Eats is building consumer experiences that help people discover offers and find better affordability. As a Product Designer II on the Offers team, you will shape end-to-end design solutions, partnering closely with product, engineering, operations, and UX research to deliver immediate impact. This onsite role in New York, NY keeps collaboration central to how work moves forward.

You'll work on designs that reimagine what an offer can be, turning complex UX challenges into clear, usable experiences from concept through shipping and beyond. The role blends hands‑on craft with strategic collaboration, including defining requirements with product leaders rather than only translating existing specs into design.

What you'll do

• Own design problems end to end, spanning initial concept, execution, shipping, and continued follow-through
• Create wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes to solve complex UX problems
• Design and evolve design systems that support simple, elegant experiences
• Collaborate with product to define requirements and align on outcomes
• Identify future opportunities and serve as a key thought partner across product, engineering, and operations
• Partner with UX research to understand customer needs and inform design decisions

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience leading product design, with potential for more
• A portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work and strong problem-solving
• Consumer mobile design experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication , plus excellent presentation and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders, requirements, and deliverables independently
• Experience working on consumer-facing marketplaces or commerce
• Experience creating products for global users
• Experience creating highly accessible products
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes

New York City compensation: The base salary range for this role is USD $153,000 per year to USD $170,000 per year.
