Senior Product Designer – Healthcare (Menopause Care)
Parée is a menopause care brand for American women: an online visit with a licensed clinician, then treatment delivered at home. We’re hiring the best designer who will own the whole experience.
You’ll
- Design everything a patient sees: landing pages, intake, checkout, account, emails
- Make a sensitive medical journey feel calm, clear and premium for women 45+
- Improve trust and conversion, measured with analytics, A/B tests and patient interviews
- Own the design system and take work through to production
- Work directly with the founder
You have
- 5+ years in product design, with shipped work for a US consumer health or telehealth brand
- Exceptional craft in typography, layout and restraint
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, FTC health claims and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, and how they shape design
- Sharp UX writing
- Comfort building or reviewing front-end code

- Apply with 2–3 healthcare case studies that show your process (sketches, iterations) and the measured results. Finalists complete a short paid exercise.
