Product Design Systems Lead: AI-Driven, End-to-End

Capital One is seeking a visionary, tech-forward Product Designer, Design Systems to advance our Premium Products and Travel Design team in McLean, VA. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of a scalable component library from tokenization in design tools to production-ready code.

You will establish AI-native design guardrails, govern interfaces, and design data schemas that ensure cohesive customer journeys while partnering with engineers to ship foundational front-end updates.
