Product Design Manager (UI/UX)

Insight Global is seeking a Product Design Manager (UI/UX) for a leading digital-focused client. This individual will oversee and mentor designers while remaining hands-on throughout the design process. They will set up and lead design discussions, stakeholder meetings, whiteboarding sessions, and live Figma reviews to gather feedback and determine necessary changes. This person will guide designers, assign tasks, align priorities, manage workflows, and drive design-related tickets through completion. They will translate stakeholder requirements, marketing content, and brand guidelines into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, components, and final design concepts. Additional responsibilities include managing design handoffs, maintaining documentation and insights, ensuring consistency with established design standards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer-facing communications and digital products. The ideal candidate is an experienced design leader who can manage projects and processes while actively contributing to UI/UX design.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of digital product design experience

5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design, prototyping, and Figma experience

Experience leading designers or overseeing design initiatives/projects

Strong user-centered design methodology

Expertise in Figma, including collaboration, feedback sessions, and design reviews

Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

Ability to manage multiple design priorities and project deliverables

Experience collaborating with marketing and communications teams

Strong facilitation skills for whiteboarding, feedback, and design workshops

Experience working across digital products and customer-facing experiences
