Responsibilities
- Create and implement automated, intelligent, enterprise-wide digital automations
- Lead planning, development, and support functions for assigned automations
- Educate operational teams on emerging techniques for developing and deploying automations
- Identify and lead product/service development for deploying new automations
- Manage backlogs and perform market research for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Analytics or related field
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with automation
- Experience leading off shore and on shore teams
- Understanding of processes and emerging automation techniques
