Product Configuration Management LeadClient: MicrosoftLocation: Redmond, WA (No remote, candidate needs to move to Redmond, WA)Rate: $65/hrPay Rate: $50/hr W2 // $55/hr CTCJob Description:• Understand customer process, set-up ways of working and manage Offshore Team Deliverable• Customer Interaction, Supplier Interaction, Team Management, Resource planning• Provide Engineering Change management, Bill of Material (BOM) process to support product data release• Technical Handling of PDM activities includes understanding magnitude of task and effort estimations• Expertize in PDM and PLM system and tools• Technical Handling of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Deviations, PLM Knowledge• Peer reviews (SKU, Part creation reviews, BoM and ECO reviews)• Team Interaction, query / issue resolution, Supplier Interaction• Provide End-to-End Bill of Material (BoM) support in query/issue resolution and Ensuring high quality, and timely responses to changes.• Update SKU document per feedback from Data Centers and downstream systems, with relevant information on software and hardware• Work in concert with Component and Design engineering community for parts, documents and engineering change creation and management• Ensure organizational process consistency among multiple projects and product teams• Ensure that data management practices comply with documented procedures and practices
