This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Assemblers play a critical role in ensuring products are built to quality standards and shipped defect-free to customers.What You'll DoAssemble metal and plastic products using air tools, battery-powered tools, and hand toolsWork on assigned assembly line stations; rotate stations as needed per supervisor directionPackage finished products, including boxing, palletizing, and wrappingRead and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical instructionsInspect parts and completed products to identify defects or quality issuesTest finished products to ensure proper functionMaintain tools and keep workstations clean and organizedFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all timesWhat We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications (not required):High school diploma or GED1+ year of experience in manufacturing or product assemblyRequired Skills & Abilities:Ability to read blueprints and shop-floor documentationStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to troubleshoot and problem-solve assembly issuesCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvementProfessional and collaborative communication skillsPhysical RequirementsStand and walk for extended periodsUse hands for fine motor tasks such as gripping, handling, and assemblingReach, crouch, kneel, talk, and hear as requiredRegularly lift up to 50 lbsVision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perceptionSafety RequirementsSafety is a top priority.
