Product Architect (BMC Remedy/Helix Developer)The Contractor’s Representative shall upgrade Remedy from the on-premises version 9.1.04 to the on-premises version 20.02 and remediate related data. Remedy is an Information Technology Services Management platform used to manage service requests.Mandatory QualificationsFive (5) or more years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy/Helix installations, upgrades, configurations and development (relevant architecture experience)A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or Five (5) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation.Proficient in the English languagePreferred QualificationsBMC Accredited DeveloperExperience with BMC Remedy/Helix data migration toolsExperience with integrating Active Directory with BMC Remedy/Helix for role-based permissions and customer database updatesExperience with BMC Digital Workplace and product catalog configuration, including workflow approvalsExperience with migrating code and data into Remedy environmentsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to educate and train in-house support staff on the BMC Remedy configuration and upgrade process(es) (including troubleshooting approaches)Educational RequirementsThe proposed candidate must possess, at a minimum:1. A bachelor's degree in one (1) of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems; or2.
