Providing analytical leadership across the SaaS portfolio, the full-time remote Product and Services Analyst will establish KPIs, analytics, and financial insights to measure product health, optimize investments, and improve overall profitability. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain an analytics framework for SaaS product and services performance, including standardized KPIs and dashboards Analyze core SaaS product metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement in product economics Lead FinOps initiatives to align cloud infrastructure costs with SaaS products, optimizing cost-to-serve and product-level profitability Required Qualifications Approximately 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or FinOps environments Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI Bachelor's degree required Must reside in the United States with valid work authorization
