Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst/Owner with deep expertise in the Credit Card and Payments domain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end credit card issuer lifecycle, regulatory compliance, and functional implementation of card development projects.
This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of card-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document current processes and automation requirements.
- Demonstrate and articulate functional implementation for card development projects.
- Define and document detailed business requirements, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from business users and subject matter experts.
- Work with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create test plans, develop test cases, and conduct testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in cards and payments.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Credit Card and Payments within the banking industry.
- 8+ years of experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card issuer operations.
- Card application and account management
- Credit terms, rewards, and benefits
- Payment processing, billing, and collections
- Monetary and non-monetary processing
- Credit Bureau processing, reissue, and month-end processing
- Experience with payments, rewards, rules processing, configurations, and reporting.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to interest rates and cardholder data.
- Working knowledge of credit card issuer lifecycle for businesses, merchants, and financial institutions.
- Good to have: familiarity with BIAN methodology and standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story documentation.
