Producing Mortgage Branch Leader - Grow Your Team & Book

PRMI is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn from the branch’s production while continuing to originate. You will keep your own deals and leverage back-office support for processing, underwriting, and closing to maximize production and growth.

You will recruit and coach loan officers, shape branch culture, and drive branch profitability, with a strong focus on leading by example and expanding market share.
