Akkodis is seeking a Producer 3 for a Contract with a client located remotely, with strong hands-on experience with TPM/Producer, ADO, Jira, Confluence, Document Pipelines, Agile, and Scrum.
Rate Range: $45/hr - $48/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)
Top 3 Skills: 5-7 years
TPM/Producer experience
Deep familiarity with tools like ADO, Jira or Confluence to tasks, plan sprints, and document pipelines
Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum frameworks to manage team velocity and milestone delivery
Best vs. Average:
The ideal resume would contain experience in a gaming studio and experience (~5-7years) in a PM role, and really strong knowledge of Agile.
What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?:
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development or as a producer
Ability to bridge gaps between creative artists, programmers, and executive stakeholders.
Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5-7 years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Producer/TPM experience in a gaming studio
4-7 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Capacity to motivate cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts under tight deadlines.
