As a Produce Inspector at US Foods, you will protect our customers and brand by ensuring the quality, safety, and consistency of fresh produce in a fast‑paced distribution environment. You will inspect inbound and stored produce for grade, temperature, condition, and specs compliance, using HACCP, GMPs, and company standards. You will document findings, recommend holds or rejections, and partner closely with warehouse, transportation, and purchasing teams to resolve quality issues, reduce shrink, and continuously improve handling practices across our wholesale foodservice operation.
