Produce Department Lead & Inventory Supervisor

Hanover Consumer Cooperateive Society seeks a Produce Department Supervisor to maintain inventory, stock, and high-quality food service. You will partner with the Produce Manager and Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.

You will help manage budgets, enforce policies, and oversee daily department functions, including vendor relations and staff coverage. This role requires familiarity with local growers and proficient use of POS systems and office software.
