Job Title: Procurement Support Specialist

Shift/Hours/Days: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (one-hour unpaid lunch)

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Contract Duration: Approximately 6-8 months; potential conversion subject to approval

Compensation: $38 to $41 per hour ($80,000 to $86,000 annualized)

Client Profile

Our client is a large, established organization seeking support for its Information & Digital Technology (IDT) Procurement team. This contract assignment focuses on contract coordination, records management, supplier follow-up, and timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Support contract intake, document preparation, routing, and approval tracking for IDT Procurement.

Maintain accurate contract trackers, action logs, renewal dates, and documentation records.

Follow up with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT stakeholders, and suppliers on outstanding items.

Coordinate statements of work, amendments, agreements, and renewals through established processes.

Assist with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier setup, and onboarding documentation.

Identify missing information, provide status updates, and escalate delays when necessary.

Support procurement policy compliance and maintain organized contract and supplier records.

Help improve tracking tools, documentation, and follow-up processes to keep work moving.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4-6 years of related professional experience.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage competing requests.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Strong communication skills; procurement, contract administration, legal, or IT experience preferred. Coupa, SAP, or iCertis knowledge is a plus.
