Procurement Support Specialist

To support a growing dermatology and aesthetic practice, the full-time remote Procurement Support Specialist will manage the procurement process for medical supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities Source and purchase medical supplies, aesthetic injectables, and skincare products while maintaining supplier relationships Utilize the Procure to Pay system and ensure compliance with electronic medical records Monitor inventory levels and product expiration, implementing new procurement systems and processes as needed Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a dermatology or aesthetic practice Familiarity with aesthetic injectables and medical supplies Experience with Procure to Pay platforms, such as Coupa, is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Strong collaboration skills and sound judgment in decision-making
