Supporting global transitions, the full-time IFM and Procurement Strategic Analyst will leverage technology and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and implement quality control frameworks to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement Lead large-scale data analysis, cleansing, and validation across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance Drive the adoption of digital solutions and best practices in data stewardship and process management Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) preferred 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics, preferably in IFM or procurement Experience with CMMS and business systems such as SmartSheet, ServiceNow, and Yardi strongly preferred Strong project management skills, including risk management and change management
