- 3+ years of experience in government or public-sector procurement.
- Strong knowledge of RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, amendments, and solicitation management.
- Working knowledge of state procurement regulations, administrative codes, and IT term contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear procurement specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidential records.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
