About the Opportunity
A leading global luxury retail organization is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead procurement strategy across the Americas region. This role will serve as a key business partner to senior leadership, driving sourcing initiatives, supplier performance, cost optimization, and operational excellence across multiple spend categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional indirect procurement strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier selection, and procurement initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Drive cost savings, process improvements, and value creation across the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Facilities, and Retail.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, compliance, and risk management programs.
- Lead and develop a regional procurement team.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and provide reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of indirect procurement experience, including leadership responsibilities.

- Proven success working in complex, matrixed, multinational organizations.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer-facing industries strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
