Procurement Specialist (Fully Remote)

• Create and maintain procurement plans, issue bid packages, and manage bid tabulations.
• Place purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve invoice discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Requires 2-5 years experience and a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Construction, Business, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of trade contracts, equipment procurement, and MS Office; strong interpersonal skills.
• Must handle physical demands like standing, lifting 10 lbs, and climbing ladders.
• Travel up to 10%, possible client site assignments, and cleanroom gowning required.
