Job Description
This candidate will support the North American Procurement team by managing critical raw material procurement processes, workflow approvals, supplier communications, documentation management, and cross-functional coordination efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while partnering with Procurement, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams. This opportunity offers valuable exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier management, ERP systems, and supply chain operations while supporting key initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or operations functions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
