We're seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to play a vital role in our purchasing and planning processes, including Purchase Order Expediting. In this support-focused position, you'll oversee purchase order acknowledgments, communicate with suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Bring:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP essential) and managing large datasets
- Excellent communication abilities to liaise with suppliers and internal departments
- Keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and order management
- Creative problem-solving skills combined with analytical thinking
- Ability to work effectively with warehouse, customer service, and procurement teams
- Reliable, professional, and highly organized mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry or procurement support roles
- Familiarity with EDI onboarding and NetSuite case management
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant data entry or procurement support experience

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be dependable and presentable, with a professional demeanor
