You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles. Role SummaryThe Procurement Senior Manager, will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for critical indirect spend categories, with primary focus on Finance, Insurance, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, and Facilities. Operating within a highly regulated PEO/ASO/HR Services environment, this role partners closely with business functions to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies, negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes, and ensure vendors meet TriNet’s operational, financial, legal, and compliance standards.This is a senior hands‑on leadership role requiring strong negotiation expertise, cross‑functional influence, and deep experience working with technology and services suppliers in fast‑moving, regulated service industries.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sourcing & Category LeadershipOwn end‑to‑end sourcing strategies for Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Insurance, Marketing and Sales categoriesPartner with internal stakeholders to understand business demand, risk profile, and cost driversDevelop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to TriNet’s cost, risk, and scalability objectivesLead RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract awardsSupplier Negotiation & ContractingLead commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, terms, and risk protectionsCollaborate closely with Legal on contract structure, liability, SLA frameworks, and regulatory considerationsEnsure contracts align with TriNet’s compliance, data privacy, security, and regulatory obligationsDrive standardization and disciplined contracting practices across categoriesCross‑Functional PartnershipAct as a trusted partner to IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Security, Risk, and Business LeadersBalance speed, control, and risk in sourcing decisions within a regulated services environmentInfluence stakeholders without direct authority while maintaining strong governanceGovernance, Risk & ComplianceEnsure supplier engagement aligns with internal policies, risk assessments, and approval workflowsSupport third‑party risk management activities, including security, privacy, and compliance reviewsMonitor supplier performance, commercial compliance, and renewalsFinancial & Operational ImpactDeliver measurable cost savings, value creation, and risk reductionSupport budget planning, demand management, and forecast accuracyDrive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier outcomesQualifications & ExperienceRequired12+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing / ProcurementStrong experience sourcing and negotiating Facilities, Finance, Human Resources, Insurance, Marketing and Sales contractsProven track record of complex supplier negotiations and contract structuringDeep experience partnering with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and Compliance teamsExperience working in services‑led industriesStrongly Preferred (Industry Fit)Prior experience in PEO / ASO / HR Services / Payroll / Benefits / SaaS‑enabled servicesAbility to “hit the ground running” with minimal domain ramp‑upLeadership & CompetenciesExecutive‑level negotiation and stakeholder management skillsStrong business acumen and comfort engaging with senior leadersAbility to balance commercial outcomes with risk and compliance requirementsStructured, data‑driven approach to decision‑makingPragmatic, collaborative leadership style suited for matrixed organizationsThe preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $108,700.00 to $217,375.00.

 All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion.
