Responsibilities
- Triage internal customer and vendor requests via the Procurement Operations shared inbox
- Create and edit Purchase Orders for buyers within the organization
- Reassign transactional documents within the Ariba system as prompted via standard processes
- Data entry support for invoice entry and contract repository
- Identify training opportunities and coordinate training sessions with Procurement team members and the applicable business partner(s) or vendor(s)
- Support centralized buying initiatives by reviewing intake forms and coordinating follow-up discussions with key stakeholders
- Support reporting analytics and alerts to ensure Procure to Pay compliance across the organization
- Administrative projects as assigned
- Resource should be located in the greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area (hybrid work schedule)
- A minimum of 1 year administrative experience in a corporate environment required
- Procurement experience is not required, but desirable
- Strong computer skills required; experience using Google Business or comparable business suite (such as Microsoft)
- Experience with Oracle, Ariba, or a comparable ERP system is preferred, but not required. Candidates with other system backgrounds can be trained on the processes.
