This role combines strategic sourcing, capacity procurement, business development, and stakeholder management to ensure we have the right independent delivery partners in place to meet customer demand.Unlike traditional procurement roles, this position focuses heavily on identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of independent haulers and delivery teams that support critical home delivery operations. You will play a key role in ensuring capacity readiness, improving service quality, reducing operational costs, and strengthening relationships with both internal stakeholders and delivery partners.This is a highly visible role that directly impacts customer experience, delivery performance, and network scalability.
