Procurement Manager

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience supporting procurement activities within a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa

The successful candidate will oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, and procurement activities to support efficient and cost-effective manufacturing operations. This individual will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to ensure supplier reliability, service quality, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and performance management
• Develop sourcing strategies and competitive proposals to improve supplier value and cost efficiency
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms with key suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve service issues, and ensure operational continuity
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement priorities with business needs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while improving purchasing processes and supplier accountability
