To support the U.S. Department of Energy, the full-time remote Procurement Contract Specialist III will manage cradle-to-grave contract support, including planning, solicitation, proposal analysis, negotiation, and award of technical support services and supplies. Key responsibilities Provide expert contracting consultation and program analytical activities Develop, prepare, and present terms and conditions in proposals related to contract awards Administer contracts, including preparing modifications, evaluating performance, and analyzing proposed prices or costs Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years of Federal contracting experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant discipline Demonstrated expertise in various contract agreement types and contract administration Knowledge of FAR and federal research and development contracting Experience with specialized acquisition actions, including IT and international financial assistance
