Key responsibilities Act as a customer advisor, understanding sourcing strategies and procurement operations to guide enterprise leaders Drive adoption of Pactum's AI agents within customer organizations, addressing barriers and influencing stakeholders Track metrics and translate usage into impactful business narratives for executives, ensuring customers achieve maximum value Required qualifications 5+ years of procurement experience, including roles such as Buyer, Strategic Sourcing Manager, or in Procurement Leadership Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier relationship management Proven ability to influence change and drive adoption in large organizations Experience in conducting workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities Comfort with analyzing complex data to build data-driven recommendations
