Procurement and Supply Chain Lead

Providing leadership in procurement and supply chain operations, the full-time Procurement and Supply Chain Lead will manage sourcing strategies, inventory management, and property accountability functions to support Antarctic operations remotely from the U.S. Key responsibilities Oversee procurement planning, sourcing strategies, and supply chain performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services Coordinate with various teams to maintain compliance with contractual requirements and enhance operational readiness Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements to efficiency, cost reduction, and customer support Required qualifications U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted Typically 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or property management Demonstrated experience managing complex supply chain and procurement activities with multiple stakeholders Experience with inventory management systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools
