Key responsibilities Drive major subcontract execution, ensuring integration of cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance Serve as the primary contact between subcontractors and project management, coordinating with various functional teams Lead negotiations for subcontract agreements and develop sourcing strategies to enhance supplier performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 15+ years of experience in procurement and subcontract management, with 3-5 years in a management role 5-7 years of subcontracts management experience, including negotiating complex agreements Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations Experience managing a team of 25+ supply chain personnel is favorable
