Pattern is seeking a Head of Procurement, Ops to own packaging supply sourcing across its U.S. warehouse network and to drive cost-effective procurement as we scale from 4 to ~10 facilities. You will own vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and build repeatable playbooks for launches while aligning with Finance, Ops, and ESG teams.
The role demands data-driven decisions, hands-on execution, and travel to warehouse sites 30–50% as new sites come online.
