Some of the responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide contract closeout support for various contract types using PRISM SystemWork closely with personnel to obtain DCMA and DCAA to performing contract closeoutProvide input for the preparation of reports, briefings, and spreadsheetsEnter all contract closeout actions, documentation, and data entry into PRISMTrack, monitor, transport and store the contract closeout filesProcess, coordinate, and prepare contract modifications for closeouts, payments, vouchers, and invoicesReconcile the total funds obligated match the total payments madeDetermine the cause of contract funding discrepancies and prepare memorandums and Irreconcilable Packages detailing the issuesReview Quarterly reports of current and completed contracts and prepare and process modifications to de-obligate excess funds for those contractsQualificationsRequired SkillsActive Top Secret/SCI ClearanceMinimum of 7+ years of procurement and acquisition experience for the federal governmentExperience in all aspects of federal government contract closeoutsStrong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Defense (DOD) Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)Experience with recovering usable funds from Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs)Experience with Fund Reconciliation for federal government contractsExperience deobligating funds for federal government contractsDesired SkillsExperience with Department of Defense acquisitions and procurementPossession of DAWIA Level II or FAC-C Level II certificationsExperience using the PRISM System for acquisition management (desired)
