The attorney will support procurement and commercial contracting, review, draft, and negotiate vendor and supplier agreements, and advise stakeholders on risk and terms.
You will collaborate with procurement, finance, and business teams to manage contracts, develop templates, and monitor regulatory developments affecting commercial contracting and data protection.
