Leading a team of procurement professionals, the full-time Senior Procurement Analyst will manage cradle-to-grave procurement activities in a hybrid work environment, ensuring compliance, optimizing supplier performance, and coordinating supply chain strategies across diverse materials and services. Key responsibilities Direct daily procurement operations and manage proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract awards Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring procurement compliance Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and programmatic issues and develop supply chain strategies Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a government-contracting environment Familiarity with Aerospace & Defense industry regulations and procurement processes Strong experience in developing category/commodity strategies across Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, and Mechanical technologies Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain up to $500K Delegation of Authority approval
