Procurement Agent - Supplier Operations and PerformanceThe Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Operations Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join our Global Supply Chain team for Everett, WA and other locations throughout the Puget Sound!As a Supply Chain Operations Procurement Agent at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), you will play a critical role in managing supplier relationships and project managing all aspects of their performance, blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong desire to learn and collaborate, and a passion for Supply Chain. This role will directly impact our operational efficiency and overall supply chain effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the success of our aircraft production and delivery. Above all, employees will be provided the opportunity to seek, speak, and listen within the organization, which they are encouraged to share externally with each Boeing customer to develop and build balanced and mutually beneficial work relationships.Position Responsibilities:Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.Data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that program, customer and product strategies are integrated into supplier strategiesMonitor supplier performance and resolve any issues that may ariseEstablish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliersEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirementsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):1+ years of experience with Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)1+ years of experience in a role which requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills1+ years of experience leading managing projectsMust be willing to travel domestically and internationally as neededPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Level 3: 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processesBachelor's Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field3+ years of experience with industry SAP (System Applications and Product) and/or an equivalent such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)3+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industryConflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment processDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift:This position is primarily on 1st shift but must have flexibility to work alternative shifts.Salary Range:$80,170 -101,200 (Level 2)$94,350 - $127,650 (Level 3)Language Requirements:Not ApplicableEducation:Not ApplicableRelocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.Export Control Requirement:This position must meet U.S.
