Supporting day-to-day operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Procure-to-Pay Analyst will manage vendor master records, assist with 1099 reporting processes, and resolve supplier inquiries while ensuring compliance with internal controls. Key responsibilities Maintain and validate vendor master records and payment files to ensure data integrity Research and resolve supplier and internal customer inquiries, including invoice exceptions and payment discrepancies Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance procurement operations and supplier experiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 1 year of related work experience, or 5 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree Strong understanding of SAP Ariba, Maximo, PeopleSoft, and CAPS Proven analytical skills with experience in data analysis and root cause investigation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
