Essential Job Functions
- Provide test security, ensuring respect for student information and confidentiality.
- Comply with all testing procedures, practices and policies.
- Track candidates admitted to testing according to secure check‑in procedures and monitor attendance continuously throughout the exam session.
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements relating to contracted and ADA matters.
- Function effectively indoors in a classroom environment; engaged in primarily sedentary work with ability to sit or stand at workstation for extended periods.

- Customer and Personal Service – general knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- English Language – general knowledge of structure and content of the English language including rules of composition and grammar.

- Near Vision – must see details at close range.
- Speech Recognition – must identify and understand the speech of another person.
- Speech Clarity – must speak clearly so others can understand.
- May be required to work nights or weekends.
- May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
