Responsibilities:
- Prepare slurry mixtures and monitor Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) systems (where applicable)
- Follow cooking protocols to ensure consistent moisture and quality
- Monitor steam, hot water systems, valves, and bellows
- Record and maintain daily cook logs and reports
- Process and track grain QA samples
- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards immediately
Requirements:
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail
