Class I, Class 2, Hard AnodizeReads and interprets blueprints, sketches or specification to set the voltage and amperage requiredDips the metallic parts into acid tanks to clean partsDips the metallic parts into finishing tanks and monitors partsPerforms visual inspection of plated parts as well as inspection tools to ensure uniform plating on all surface areas are completedRacks parts before and after platingLogs data into computer for completed parts and processesAdheres to safety regulationsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications & RequirementsAbility to communicate, read and understand EnglishAbility to interpret blueprints and purchase ordersAbility to follow instructions, specifications and plating proceduresKnowledge using calipers, micrometers, pin gaugesExperience of procedures to run acid tanks and equipment set up for platingPossess good attention to detail to identify problems with partsComfortable using a computer for data entryITAR RequirementDue to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S.
