2nd Shift Process Technician – Plastic ManufacturingPay: $19/hr Location: Mesa, AZ Shift: 2nd Shift | 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM Mon-ThursA well-established plastic manufacturing facility in Mesa is hiring a 2nd Shift Process Technician to support production operations, maintain equipment functionality, and ensure safe, high-quality output. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.If you're dependable, safety-minded, and looking for stability with growth potential—this role may be for you!What You'll DoAs a Process Technician, you will:Monitor and maintain production processes to ensure consistent quality and outputTroubleshoot equipment/process issues and make adjustments as neededIdentify and report problems related to equipment, work orders, materials, or production flowRecommend process improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiencyPerform quality checks and verify product standards (including color consistency)Support safe operations and maintain a clean, organized work areaOperate material handling equipment as needed (forklift/pallet jack/overhead crane)What We're Looking ForQualified candidates should have:Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish color differencesExperience operating:ForkliftPallet jackOverhead craneManufacturing experience preferred (plastic manufacturing a plus)Quality Control, light industrial, assembly experience is a plusAbility to work independently, make good decisions, and follow safety guidelines
