KARM Stores is seeking a Full-Time Processing Team Lead to oversee donation processing at our Illinois Avenue retail location. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a small team in sorting, pricing, and preparing thrift merchandise for the sales floor, maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will train and coach team members, coordinate daily workflow, and help ensure accurate inventory flow to support store sales.
